About US
Hi and Welcome to Latham’s Goldens! We are pleased to meet you and thank you for your interest in our puppies. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Our English Cream Golden Retriever puppies’ range in color from near white to a beautiful creamy white and come from parents with strong pedigrees and vet-approved health clearances. Our pups and dogs are raised and kept in our home and not in a kennel. We aim to breed healthy happy and well socialized puppies raised in a loving family environment. We only let our puppies go to the best homes possible, where they will be apart of a family not in a kennel.
We only have four dogs, only three of them are clearance for breeding. My husband and I got married in 2019, we have been close friends for about 10 years until one day we decided to date and get married. We live on about 6 acres for our dogs to run on, along with our surrounding family of about 30 acres that they can also run on and swim in the ponds and pools. We had our son Bexley in 2020 and our daughter Isla in 2022, the dogs are great with the kids and the kids love them as well! My husband has his own Construction business, while I work at an office for farmers. We are in the small town life and live out in the middle of no where, We are in the process of finishing our house and getting farm animals to start our little farm. We want everyone to know who we are as people and how our dogs are raised so that they are aware we are only interested in the best interest of our dogs and our puppies, not a kennel.

How we got started
Finishing college I wanted a companion and was in love with the English Goldens, just being out of college I obviously did not have much money and just wanted a cuddle buddy. That is where I learned about puppy mills and untested dogs... I bought Rawry, my first male. He started dying within 28 hours of having him, I was told to give him back but I knew the breeder would kill him so I kept him and kept him alive for 3 weeks. I spent so much money I couldn't afford another dog, I was so upset and the vet felt so bad for me he called the breeder and told him that he messed up giving me that dog and I would give his dog the best life possible and that he should make it right. The breeder called me and offered me a new dog and my vet offered to look at this dog before accepting. This dog came back healthy but has crooked paws but I wasn't interested in showing or anything, but the amount of health problems just kept arising so I got him fixed, his name is Rawry 2, he is an amazing dog i wish he would have been healthy to breed because we truly love everything about him.
After learning from my first purchase of a dog, I knew what to look for when buying a new dog, no puppy mills, have health clearances, how they dogs are raised, pedigree, etc. I then got married and the week of my wedding we got Arlo to have a friend for Rawry (hint all the wedding pictures with him). We then decided to get a female Rue (our female) and my in-laws decided they wanted a female as well, so they bought Polar (our other female). They have busy jobs as a nurse and firefighter so they decided our house would be a better home for her. So that is how we ended up with FOUR dogs! We love all of them to pieces they are our children, they are all inside our home and try sleeping with us every night. They get gifts every holiday and birthday. We only want our puppies to go to homes like ours, where they will be apart of a family and be loved unconditionally. Again after my horrible experience with the puppy mill I will not allow my dogs to go to any place like that. I will ask questions about our puppies future but I hope you understand it is only to make sure we are giving these dogs the best life possible.
